AI agents that know your calendar and book the meetings

Orkeste agents see your Google Calendar events for the next seven days and create new events with the right attendees. New events can wait for your approval before they are added.

3 ways to use Google Calendar with your agents

Book from an email

A client asks for a call on Thursday. The agent checks your week, proposes a free slot and creates the event with the client invited once you approve.

Daily agenda brief

Each morning the agent lists today's meetings and posts a short brief to Slack or Teams with what to prepare.

Interview loops

For a shortlisted candidate, the agent proposes interview slots and creates the events with the interviewers invited.

Frequently asked questions

Can the agent cancel or move my meetings?

No. Agents read your upcoming events and create new ones. They never change or delete what is already in your calendar.

Do I approve each new event?

If you want to. Event creation can wait in Validations, where you can adjust the time or attendees before it is added.

Do I need coding skills to connect Google Calendar?

No. You connect Google Calendar from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.

Is my Google Calendar data protected?

Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I remove access at any time?

Yes. Disconnect Google Calendar from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
