Frequently asked questions
Does the agent send emails from my Gmail account?
No. Once you approve a reply, Orkeste saves it as a draft in Gmail. You open it and send it yourself. If you need sending, the Outlook connector sends approved emails directly.
Which emails can the agent read?
Recent messages in your inbox, fetched at the start of each run. The agent works from those, it does not search your whole mailbox history.
Do I need coding skills to connect Gmail?
No. You connect Gmail from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.
Is my Gmail data protected?
Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I remove access at any time?
Yes. Disconnect Gmail from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
