AI agents that post summaries and alerts in Slack

Orkeste agents post messages to your Slack workspace: daily briefs, weekly digests and alerts from your other tools. Each message can wait for your approval before it goes out.

What your agents do in Slack

Agents do not read channels or threads, react to messages or take commands from Slack. Approvals happen in Orkeste, not in Slack.

3 ways to use Slack with your agents

Daily brief

Each morning the agent posts today's meetings and the emails that need an answer.

Alerts from your tools

A failed Stripe payment, an urgent Zendesk ticket or a stalled deal shows up in the right channel.

Weekly digests

Every Friday the agent posts a digest of what moved in Jira, Linear or your CRM.

Getting started

  1. Connect Slack: Grant access from the Connectors page. No technical setup.
  2. Describe the agent's job: In plain language, or from one of the 29 templates.
  3. Approve what matters: Actions you mark as sensitive wait in Validations until you approve them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I approve agent actions from Slack?

No. Approvals happen on the Validations page in Orkeste. Slack is where agents post their messages and alerts.

Can the agent read or summarise a channel?

Not today. The Slack connector posts messages only. Agents summarise information from your other connected tools.

Do I need coding skills to connect Slack?

No. You connect Slack from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.

Is my Slack data protected?

Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I remove access at any time?

Yes. Disconnect Slack from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
