AI agents for marketing agencies, with a separate workspace for each client

Orkeste agents write content briefs, turn client articles into LinkedIn posts, draft the monthly report commentary and prepare client onboarding in Notion. Each client can have its own workspace with its own connectors and knowledge, and everything client-facing waits for an account manager to approve it.

What agencies rarely say in a pitch

Fifteen clients, fifteen ways of working

Each client has its own voice, tools and reporting rhythm. Account managers spend more time switching context than producing work.

Reporting eats days every month

Exporting the numbers, writing the commentary and formatting the report takes a day per client. By the time it ships, the recommendations are late.

Onboarding starts from scratch

Every new client means rebuilding the workspace, the kickoff agenda and the access checklist, often by someone too senior for the job.

Four agents your account team can brief

Each one handles a recurring deliverable. Everything that reaches a client can wait for an account manager to approve it.

Content brief agent

Reads the client’s brand guidelines and past work from its knowledge, then creates a structured brief in the client’s Notion space.

LinkedIn agent

Drafts posts in the client’s voice from an article or a campaign brief, and publishes them on the client’s company page you manage once approved.

Report writer

Writes the monthly commentary from the figures you export for each client, and saves the report in the client’s Google Drive folder.

Onboarding agent

When you start with a new client, creates the kickoff agenda and the access checklist in Notion, and records the contact and deal notes in HubSpot.

A client report, from export to approval

The report writer at the start of the month.

  1. Brief: The account manager pastes last month’s figures exported from the client’s analytics and ad tools.
  2. Draft: The agent writes the commentary: what moved, why it likely moved, and three recommendations, in the client’s tone.
  3. Approve: The report waits in Validations. The account manager corrects a figure and approves it.
  4. File: The report is saved in the client’s Google Drive folder, ready to send.

A weekly rhythm that works

Agents fit into the week your account team already runs. This is the cadence we suggest for agencies managing ten to forty clients.

What not to automate

Positioning, crisis communication, contract negotiation and the first conversation with a new client. If a deliverable would carry a partner’s signature when written by hand, it should carry a partner’s approval when an agent drafts it.

Frequently asked questions

Can we keep each client’s data separate?

Yes. Create a workspace per client: each has its own agents, connectors, knowledge and history. The Pro plan includes three workspaces and the Business plan has no limit.

Can we white-label Orkeste for our clients?

On the Business plan, you can set your own brand name, logo and colours, hide the Orkeste mention and use your own domain.

Can the agents pull data from Google Analytics or ad platforms?

Not on their own today. The Google Analytics connector lists your properties but does not pull metrics, and there is no ad platform connector. Paste the figures you export and the agent writes the commentary.

Can agents monitor social media for our clients?

No. The LinkedIn connector publishes posts on pages you manage; it does not read mentions or comments. There is no connector for Instagram, X, TikTok or YouTube.

How is it billed?

By plan, each with a monthly credit allowance: Free with 500 credits, Starter at €9.99 with 5,000, Pro at €39.99 with 25,000, and Business on quote. Each run uses credits depending on the model you choose.
