Orkeste agents look up your contacts, companies and deals, log notes, create contacts and deals, and move deals through your pipeline. Every change can wait for your approval before it reaches HubSpot.
What your agents do in HubSpot
Agents do not send HubSpot emails or sequences, run marketing workflows, or read tickets, page views and email opens.

3 ways to use HubSpot with your agents
Log conversations as notes
The agent reads a sales thread in Gmail or Outlook, writes a short summary and attaches it to the right contact or deal, so whoever picks up the account has the context.
Turn inbound emails into contacts
When a prospect writes to your inbox, the agent checks whether the contact already exists in HubSpot, creates it if not and opens a deal at the first stage of your pipeline.
Weekly pipeline review
Every Monday, the agent goes through recent deals, flags those with a close date in the past or no amount, and posts the list to your sales channel in Slack.
By team
B2B SaaS: For each demo request that lands in the inbox, the agent finds or creates the contact, opens a deal at the first stage and drafts a follow-up in Gmail for the account executive to review and send.
Marketing agency: In each client workspace, a scheduled agent reviews the client's deals every week and sends the account manager a short summary of what needs attention.
Sales team: After a call, the rep pastes their notes into the agent. It adds a clean note to the deal and proposes the next stage, which the rep approves in one click.

Frequently asked questions
Can an agent change my deals without me?
Only if you allow it. Creating contacts and deals, updating a deal and adding notes can all wait in Validations, where you approve, edit or reject them. You choose per agent whether HubSpot changes need approval.
Which HubSpot objects can agents use?
Contacts, companies (read only), deals and notes. Agents do not work with tickets, marketing emails, sequences or workflows.
Do I need coding skills to connect HubSpot?
No. You connect HubSpot from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.
Is my HubSpot data protected?
Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I remove access at any time?
Yes. Disconnect HubSpot from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
