AI agents that find your files and save their work in Google Drive

Orkeste agents search your Drive for the files a task needs, and can create folders and save documents they produce. New folders and files can wait for your approval.

What your agents do in Google Drive

3 ways to use Google Drive with your agents

A folder per new client

When you start with a new client, ask the agent: it creates the client folder with your standard structure, ready for the team.

Reports saved where people look

The weekly summary the agent writes is saved as a file in the shared folder, not lost in a chat.

The right file, quickly

Asked about a contract or a brief, the agent searches Drive by name and points to the file in its answer.

By team

Getting started

  1. Connect Google Drive: Grant access from the Connectors page. No technical setup.
  2. Describe the agent's job: In plain language, or from one of the 29 templates.
  3. Approve what matters: Actions you mark as sensitive wait in Validations until you approve them.

Frequently asked questions

Can the agent delete or share my files?

No. Agents search files, create folders and save new files. Sharing, moving and deleting stay with you.

Does the agent read the content of my documents?

It finds files by name. To let an agent work from the content of a document, add it to the agent's knowledge as a PDF, a link or text.

Do I need coding skills to connect Google Drive?

No. You connect Google Drive from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.

Is my Google Drive data protected?

Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I remove access at any time?

Yes. Disconnect Google Drive from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
