AI agents that keep Salesforce opportunities and activity current

Orkeste agents look up records in Salesforce, log calls and emails as activities, and update an opportunity's stage or amount. Every change can wait for your approval.

What your agents do in Salesforce

Agents do not create leads or accounts, delete records or change Salesforce settings, and a search returns the top five matches.

3 ways to use Salesforce with your agents

Calls logged without typing

After a call, the rep gives the agent their notes; it logs a clean activity on the right record.

Stage updates from email

When a client confirms by email, the agent proposes moving the opportunity to the next stage, which the rep approves.

Account context before a meeting

Ask about an account and the agent pulls the matching records into a short brief.

Getting started

  1. Connect Salesforce: Grant access from the Connectors page. No technical setup.
  2. Describe the agent's job: In plain language, or from one of the 29 templates.
  3. Approve what matters: Actions you mark as sensitive wait in Validations until you approve them.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent change my opportunities without me?

Only if you allow it. Stage and amount updates and logged activities can wait in Validations. You choose per agent.

Can agents create leads?

Not in Salesforce today. Agents search records, update opportunities and log activities. HubSpot users can have agents create contacts and deals.

Do I need coding skills to connect Salesforce?

No. You connect Salesforce from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.

Is my Salesforce data protected?

Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I remove access at any time?

Yes. Disconnect Salesforce from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
