Runs: Every day or every week.
Read the arrivals: The agent reads the new-hire records in Airtable or Notion.
Draft the post: It writes the announcement from the record: role, team, start date, background.
Approve: The post waits in Validations for HR.
Post: The approved announcement is posted to the channel you choose.
Mark as announced: It updates the record so the person is not announced twice.
The post goes to the channel only after HR approves it.
Who does what
Announcement writer: Drafts the welcome post from the new-hire record.
HR (human): Approves the post.
What this workflow does not do
Does not connect to an HR system; the new-hire list lives in Airtable or Notion.
Posts to channels; it does not send direct messages.
