Orkeste agents read your boards and cards, turn requests into new cards and move cards between lists as work progresses. Each change can wait for your approval.

Requests become cards
Requests that arrive by email are turned into cards on the team board, with the details filled in.
Cards follow the work
When a task is reported done, the agent proposes moving its card to the right list.
Board summaries
Every Monday the agent posts what is in progress and what is waiting, list by list.

Frequently asked questions
Can the agent delete cards?
No. Agents list, create and move cards; archiving and deleting stay with you.
Do I need coding skills to connect Trello?
No. You connect Trello from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.
Is my Trello data protected?
Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I remove access at any time?
Yes. Disconnect Trello from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
