AI agents that file and comment on your Jira issues
Orkeste agents search and read your Jira issues, create new ones from bug reports or requests, and add comments with context. Each change can wait for your approval.
What your agents do in Jira
Agents do not change an issue's status, assignee or sprint, and do not delete issues.

3 ways to use Jira with your agents
Bug reports, filed properly
A bug reported by a customer becomes an issue with steps, expected and actual behaviour, ready for triage.
Context in comments
When a customer adds information by email, the agent adds it as a comment on the right issue.
Sprint digest
The agent reads open issues and posts a short digest of what is in flight to Slack or Teams.
By team
Product and engineering: Support passes bugs to the agent, which files clean issues; engineers stop rewriting tickets.

Describe the agent's job: In plain language, or from one of the 29 templates.

Human approval: You choose, agent by agent, which actions wait for your go-ahead.
Encrypted tokens: OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256, isolated per workspace.
EU hosting and GDPR: Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
Full history: Every run is kept in the Control Room.
Frequently asked questions
Can the agent move issues across the board?
Not in Jira today. Agents search, create and comment on issues. With Linear, agents can also update an issue's status.
Do I need coding skills to connect Jira?
No. You connect Jira from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.
Is my Jira data protected?
Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I remove access at any time?
Yes. Disconnect Jira from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
