Let your AI agents know which Google Forms you run

With Google Forms connected, Orkeste agents see your forms by name and link, so they can send people the right form in a reply.

What your agents do in Google Forms

Today, agents do not read form responses. To have agents act on new requests, route them to an inbox the agent reads (Gmail or Outlook).

Frequently asked questions

Can the agent read my form responses?

Not today. Send response notifications to an inbox connected to Orkeste and the agent works from those emails.

Do I need coding skills to connect Google Forms?

No. You connect Google Forms from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.

Is my Google Forms data protected?

Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I remove access at any time?

Yes. Disconnect Google Forms from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
