AI agents that read your Outlook inbox and send approved replies

3 ways to use Outlook with your agents
Inbox triage
The agent reads what came in, lists what needs you and drafts answers to the routine messages.
Approved replies, sent for you
You approve or edit the reply in Validations, and Orkeste sends it from your Outlook account in the original thread.
Meetings from email
Meeting requests in your inbox become calendar events in Microsoft Calendar, after your approval.
By team
Customer service: The agent answers common questions from your knowledge base and sends the replies your team approves.

Security and control
Human approval: You choose, agent by agent, which actions wait for your go-ahead.
Encrypted tokens: OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256, isolated per workspace.
EU hosting and GDPR: Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
Full history: Every run is kept in the Control Room.
Frequently asked questions
Does the agent send emails without me?
Only if you allow it. Sending can wait in Validations, where you approve, edit or reject each email. You choose per agent.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 business accounts?
Yes. You sign in with your Microsoft account from the Connectors page and grant access.
Do I need coding skills to connect Outlook?
No. You connect Outlook from the Connectors page by granting access, then attach it to the agents that need it.
Is my Outlook data protected?
Yes. Access goes through the service authorization, tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I remove access at any time?
Yes. Disconnect Outlook from the Connectors page and your agents lose access.
